What we provide:

Linens and towels, Cooking utensils, Cookware, Dishes (plates, cups, flatware), Paper for printer, Cleaning supplies, Access to Netflix

What you might bring:

Your project and the supplies you’ll need to put it together, Craft tools, Music player (Pandora et. al. will connect to stereo via bluetooth)/CDs, Laptop or tablet, Books, magazines, DVDs, PJs and slippers as well as Food, snacks, coffee, tea, and beverages.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

To the extent possible, we will always try to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.  However, unless special arrangements have been pre-arranged prior to the scheduled date of arrival:

Check in time is 10:00 am on the scheduled date of arrival.

Check out time is prior to 2:00 pm on the last day of the rental period.

Can I reserve Timberhaze Retreat for something other than a crafting retreat?

YES! Timberhaze Retreat was designed with quilters in mind, but any crafter is welcome.  And the house is perfect for a group retreat of any kind; the craft room can be converted easily into a meeting or study/training room.

Do we have to share beds or are there bunk beds?

There are no bunk beds, and there is no sharing of beds. The retreat has 8 twin beds.  However, up to three king beds can be setup before your arrival (on request) for couples.

Is smoking permitted?

Timberhaze Retreat is smoke-free, but smoking is permitted outside the home. We ask that you kindly respect this rule.

Are pets allowed?

Timberhaze retreat does not allow pets.

Is there enough parking?

Because the retreat is located in the country, there is ample parking for everyone.

What do we do for meals?

You will need to provide your own food for your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked with supplies for you to prepare your meals.

Are there restaurants nearby?

YES!  There are a wide variety of restaurants nearby for eat-in or take-out, and pizza delivery is available.  A restaurant guide is provided in the home.

Are cleaning services provided?

The house is self-service during your stay. We do ask that upon checkout, you strip the linens off the beds and place them in a pile in the bedroom or in one of the showers along with used towels, load and run the dishwasher, and place all garbage and recycling in the provided containers in the garage. Don’t forget to take all of your personal food items out of the refrigerator as well.

Do you have wireless internet?

Free wireless internet is available for your use.

Do you have a telephone we can use?

We do not have a landline phone, please remember to bring your cell phone.

Is there a washer and dryer on site?

There is, however we do ask that you not use any dyes or chemicals in our machines as it may cause damage.
